Absolute Danz teaches Ballroom Dance Lessons, including American Style Smooth as well as International Style Standard. American Style Smooth consists of Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Viennese Waltz. Dance fitness will help you burn calories, build stamina and have fun doing it! The idea is to fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves in one exciting hour of body-energizing movements. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms sculpt your body while burning fat.

I choose Absolute Danz as my dancing venue for many reasons. Firstly Frank is very accomplished professional instructor who will work with you toward your goals, you will enjoy your lessons , have fun, and feel that your money is well spent. Secondly, the dance floor is to die for! Competition size and just a pleasure to practice your smooth dancing. He also offers a practice room adjacent to the main ballroom. Thirdly, his dance parties are the bomb. Excellent group lessons taught by him and his wife Angela, followed by dancing on the beautiful dance floor! Very elegant atmosphere

Absolute Danz is amazing. Whether you just want to learn how to dance for fun, have an event coming up where you need to know some moves, or you are trying to be competitive....this is your place. Frank is so personable and genuine, and taught me so much about all different aspects of ballroom in such a short period of time. I enjoyed going every single week, and left feeling so happy and filled with knew knowledge. He took me under his wing, and I am so grateful for my time there!!

We wanted to have a special first dance, and Frank was AMAZING! He’s super fun to work with and we always had a great lesson! We met his wife Angela and she’s just as wonderful! Highly recommend getting lessons here – we’ve made some life long friends! Everyone loved our first dance, and we also learned swing dancing! We’ll definitely be coming back for more lessons. :D

Created some of my best memories at Absolute Danz, a beautiful spacious studio with incredible instructors! I absolutely love Absolute Danz. The studio is modern and beautiful with a large dance floor, great for both the smooth and Latin style dances. The instructors Frank and Angela are even better. They are professional but fun, and their experience and expertise makes their students feel confident and shine on the dance floor. I will refer anyone looking for ballroom lessons to Absolute Danz.
