This company does not actually "manage" properties. I hired them to manage my rental house as I was too far away to do so myself. The only thing I can tell they did was to collect a percentage of the rent every month. The renters had several normal maintenance issues that went unresolved for unacceptable lengths of time. My biggest complaint was upon the renters moving out. This company wasnt even there for check out. They came by the house when they werent even out yet. As a result the house was not locked up upon the renters moving out. Then they didnt return the deposit to the renters and expected
