Services
Since 2004, Midwest Property Management has incorporated the tried and true principles into our daily practices. We strive to stay on top of the many tasks associated with successful management of residential rental property. Through constant communication, the owners we work for and the tenants we work with receive the customer service they deserve.
Every prospective tenant age 18 or older will need to submit an application, either online or at our office. Once approved, we will set up a showing at your convenience, between 1:00pm-5:30pm, Monday through Thursday, 11am-3:30pm Friday. A copy of identification for all applicants is required prior to showing the unit.
As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service to expect. We pride ourselves on our tenant service, and consistently strive to make things more convenient. If it is an emergency, please call us at 573-875-7086 and follow the instructions provided. If it is not an emergency, you may submit maintenance requests online or by phone.

This was hands down the best property management company that I worked with. I rented a duplex with them for 3+ years and had nothing but the best experience. Dan the owner was prompt in checking with work requests. He always made sure to send updates about the work needing to be done and it was don’t in a timely manner. They were always so nice and professional with everything. Unfortunately, the owner of my duplex decided to sell the unit to another property management company and I have seen the bad side of the business with them. I give one star for rent price and space. I rented a property on Sunny Vale dr from Midwest for 3 years before deciding to move after a sewer backup that took months of back and forth before it was fixed. We were unable to use the basement during these months. We took care of the property and paid all rent including our last months rent. The main bathroom, carpet, basement, and garage weren't up to standards but I took pictures and rented the property anyway. Dan the property manager kept all of our $695 deposit including our refundable $200 dog deposit charging excessive fees for normal wear and

We recently had our entire toilet stack turn bad and dump sewage under our home, during the most recent bitter cold weather. A 4x4 section of floor had to be removed, it had to be pumped out and then all rebuilt... And we couldn't go to a hotel. Dan and the guys from MPM were there almost instantly and worked tirelessly and had the whole situation good as new in less than two days while also taking extra care because of my health issues. They even showed concern for our house cats during the situation. And that's par for the course for this company. Always courteous, respectful, thoughtful, fast

I’ve tried multiple times to ask about properties. Donna their property manager is rude when replying, indicating that internet inquiries aren’t important as they get a lot each day. Also she informed me that I couldn’t see any of their properties until my husband and I both paid their application fee. We didn’t feel comfortable with that as they wouldn’t even answer our questions about the property. They just told us to look at the website...which we did and had questions. Maybe they are a good rental management once you’re a tenant but based off my interactions with Donna I won’t

Definitely read the response to the earlier reviews. I Wish I had before I went to this place. Maybe they are good people but it almost feels like someone let a landlord fetishizer hater inside the real estate business.

I rented from this property manager for almost two years and had a good experience with them. They responded promptly to my texts and emails, our maintenance requests were carried out in a timely manner, and their website/payment system is easy to use. I would definitely rent from these guys again.

We lived in a Midwest Property Management property for 5 years before moving this past July. We moved so that we could buy a home, but we would have continued to rent from MWPM for many more years otherwise. They are attentive landlords, very friendly and easy to work with. Any repair issues were handled quickly, and they were great at communicating when they would come by to change air filters and do other routine maintenance. Midwest Property Management did an excellent job in providing us with an affordable rental. Compared to many other rentals that we looked at in the area, the property was in much better condition.
