I’d like to second a comment below about them being aggressive and condescending with tenants. On a review website the object is to put your best foot forward. Look at any low review below and read Real Property Group’s responses. That’s the tone they’re willing to post on a review website; now imagine one-on-one interactions with them. Also, look at the number of thumbs up people have given the people willing to post negative reviews.

My boyfriend and I lived in one of RPG's apartments for 2 years. At first it was really nice until the first heavy rain. We woke up to our kitchen being full of water. We contacted them and they sent someone out and all the did was put an extension onto the gutter. For the 2 years we lived there our kitchen flooded almost every time it rained and they refused to do anything about it and most of the time wouldn't even come out to see why this kept happening. After a really bad rain and the water getting back into the closet where our washer and dryer were. I finally spoke to a manager and they said

So easy to live with peace knowing that the place you call home is well managed. From nearby road construction that may impact our commute, to scheduled maintenance to maintain our home, RPG keeps us in the loop. I’ve also met their maintenance guys on various occasions and they have always been courteous and friendly. If we do the easy part (pay our rent) RPG does the hard part and has our backs!

Place was falling apart from the jump ceiling texture falling down, windows not working properly. Appliances extremely outdated an cause nothing but problems. Slum lords for sure. Multiple threats of eviction due to the fact the neighbor didn’t like living next to younger people. Accused me of non existent party’s and “traffic” due to the fact I am In the car business and tend to drive different cars home. Total joke no of a property management company both Tyler’s that run the place are complete d!cks I never paid rent late and somehow was never comfortable in my own home. Sad story

Do to all the rain we have had and being I live in a basement apt . unfortunately , being a act of f nature , my apt took in a lot of rain water and I have lost half of my clothes some wooden furniture shoes, pillows a computer . Well my renters insurance (will) NOT pay do to act of nature .

Very timely response on Maintenance issues.
I would also like to add that upon visiting the office I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who remembered talking to me on the phone concerning my rental arrangements. Those arrangements were understood and met with a very courteous attitude.

I have been renting from RPG for a short time. My whole experience with finding a place with Jarred to moving in, has been a great stress free experience. I’ve always had a great experience whenever I needed to reach out to Real Property. They are friendly, listen to your issue, and always have someone there in a short period of time to fix your problems. The people that work for them are also nice and fun to have a conversation. I highly recommend Real Property because I had to put up with many other lousy management companies that wouldn’t even listen to me.
