PT from Jane at Skyline Physical Therapy is currently an ongoing process. I had shoulder surgery 2 years ago. It was not successful and I was left with severe pain and very limited mobility. The damage to the shoulder joint won't be repaired (my choice), and there may always be pain from that. However, I finally realized that I had frozen shoulder too. Jane confirmed that and with her knowledge and care, and specific exercises, the shoulder is 80% more mobile, and pain has lessened to a very tolerable level without medication. Thank you Jane!

Jane did a great job of resolving my frozen shoulder. My range of motion is back to nearly normal and is about as good as it will ever be again because of the surgery I had. Working through the pain is just part of the game in physical therapy or any sort of rehab particularly when pain meds are not being consumed during the rehab process. But for me it is not about the pain during the rehab, but the relief from pain as a result of the rehab process. I am deeply indebtted to Jane for her expertise, patience, and concern for my well--being. The rest is on me.

I attended Skyline for over two months. My symptoms got worse during the time I was visiting and doing the exercises. I can't say if Jane knows her stuff or not. She appears to know what she's talking about and others say she's good. I suggest that you have her paraphrase what you say to her when it matters, just to make sure that it is correct in her mind. Happy healing!
