Under the new "stay home, stay safe" guidelines we will remain open. As a qualified essential business we are able to continue providing care and meeting your needs. Those failing basic screening questions will be redirected back to their home. We are identifying high risk individuals using the information provided by the CDC.

This involves utilizing private treatment rooms and modifying schedules to reduce patient-to-patient interactions. If you have been experiencing flu like symptoms, cough, fever, shortness of breath or have traveled or been exposed to someone with symptoms please call 360-354-0585 to place your therapy on hold for 2 weeks.
Services
Lynden Family Physical Therapy accepts and files claims for most insurance companies. Following is our current list of accepted insurances. However, our insurance opportunities are frequently changing. If you do not see your insurance plan listed below, please contact our office to confirm whether we are able to accept your plan.
Due to the large number of insurance companies, the time to process insurance claims, the variety of plans, and the differing costs associated with different treatments, it is impossible for us to know exactly what each insurance plan will or will not cover. We can estimate your responsibility by contacting your insurance company at the time of your initial visit.
2. If your insurance company requires a prescription, referral, and/or prior authorization, please bring this with you. 4. Please come 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the necessary paperwork. If we are assessing the hips, legs or feet, bring in a pair of shorts. If we are assessing your walking or running bring in a pair of shorts and your running shoes.
