Last year I was preparing to move to Charlotte from Philadelphia and I called Yancy Realty in regards to a home for rent. Shelly called me back and was so helpful throughout the remaining of transition to Charlotte. She kept her eyes and ears open for available rentals that would be available around the time of my move. Shelly is very professional and has a great personality. I am thankful for her because she really helped my move to Charlotte a successful one.

Not enough stars to rate our experience with Christi Mercer. She remains well educated and updated on the newest information. It’s always nice when someone is passionate about what they are doing and it is reflected in the work. I ask a lot of questions and Christi was prepared. The most honorable thing I loved about our home buying experience was that regardless of our budget Christi showed that same energy from start to finish and always kept our budget and best interests in mind and not just what the sale could do for her. We have our forever home and we have continued to send our friends

Meeting Shelli has been wonderful. As a single mom it’s important that a realtor has my best interests financially. Consulting with Shelli has changed the way I view realtors. Christi Mercer is the best! She treated us like we were her only client (and I know she was juggling a lot)! She helped us manage through a very quick buy/sell process with ease. I referred my best friends to Christi Mercer at Yancey Realty and they were OVER THE MOON at her service. Christi met them on a Thursday and got a really good understanding for what they were looking for. She did some research for them and found an off market property that was a perfect fit in a wonderful neighborhood. Christi is the best realtor out there and will work very hard for her clients! She worked with us as first time homebuyers and helped walk us through all the steps of what needed to be done as well as understanding it since it can be quite confusing at times. We love her and certainly plan to use her again in the future one day when looking to sell our current home and buying our next one.

Christi Mercer is the BEST! Christi was extremely organized through the entire process (which was literally only about a month because she got us in an OFF MARKET HOUSE that quickly)!!! She was a great advocate. Being a first time home buyer can be intimidating, but she was so patient and made the process seamless. She thoroughly explained everything for us. I seriously cannot rave about Christi enough!
