I had an outstanding experience with Boston National Title & Escrow. There was a mix-up involving my Bank and my escrow account at my recent Refi closing. I contacted BNT&E and was directed to my loan closer, Madisen Parker, who went above and beyond to get me the information I needed to correct my issue. She was helpful, professional, very thorough and delightful to speak with while making sure I had all the information necessary to correct my issue. She went above and beyond, giving me her mobile number so that I could contact her if I had any additional concerns. I would highly recommend this

Unacceptable. Our rep at Boston Title was Sebrina Glass, who was completely unresponsive and downright evasive during the entire process. We provided her with all of the information she asked for at the beginning of the process and she didn't advise our team she was lacking some key documents until over a MONTH later, just 4 days before the home owner would have to pay for extensions on the mortgage.
After that she went entirely dark and refused to answer questions or even respond. Her escalation contact coulter never responded, emailing her department never got a response either. Now the entire

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Missing documents, missing signature requirements, I must say my rep was very responsive, but it still was the most difficult, nerve wracking home closing I have ever experienced. I was referred to them by my lender; I don't know why, but it was a huge mistake. I do not recommend them.

As a commercial real estate attorney, I have found BNT to be responsive and professional. The previous reviewer may not understand that this is strictly a title insurance company, and not a settlement shop. In North Carolina, all real estate closings must be handled by a licensed attorney. The fees you paid likely included the outside attorney's fees, title search fees, and title insurance premiums. The form of the deed is negotiated among the parties and their counsel, and is not determined by the title insurance company.
