Talk about going above and beyond… A lot of realtors will put you on an email blast and forget about you, but not Erum. Having a realtor who is smart, proactive, and responsive gives a buyer an edge in the fierce Charlotte housing market. I have purchased two homes since the pandemic began with Erum as my realtor, and I haven’t had to bypass an inspection or pay a single penny over asking price either time. To top it off, she even found tenants for my rental property!! I’m not the type of person to write a review for literally anything, but this one just comes naturally

As a long time business owner who gives great customer service, I expect it in return. I have to share a story about my realtor who found me a “forever home” that was off market and not for sale. Josh recognized my frustration with the low inventory we have been experiencing for several years now. Josh got a very clear picture of my dream property and started hand writing letters to every property that matched my dream home criteria from the addresses and owner names he found in the tax role. His letters were kind and thoughtful and very creative. But I didn’t have high hopes of it working

There are not enough words for me to describe the wonderful experience we had using Grant as our realtor. Horrible experience as a buyer through agent Josh Starnes. Me as the buyer and my agents were both lied to directly to our faces. Had to get broker-in-charges involved and were told conflicting info between the BIC and between Josh. He spoke on behalf of his client when asked to make decisions which you cannot do unless you have Power of Attorney.
He had many communication problems with HIS own client - the seller - which could've led to all of the other problems. We literally ran into every hurdle imaginable in a home buying process aside from the house burning down. Had zero help from the agent

Savvy and specifically Lara have been a blessing to work with. My girlfriend and I were relocating for work and Lara did an amazing job helping us find the right place. We contacted Savvy early on in our search (8 months) because we'd never been to Charlotte. Lara was the most professional, caring, and all around wonderful realtor. Communicative, knowledgeable and personable are just a few words to describe Susan Hill. Selling or buying a home can be stressful, especially when there are personal life circumstances that make the process a bit more challenging. Two words: Melissa. Christiansen. If you are buying OR selling a home, you have to hire her - immediately. I cannot say enough good things about Melissa. Ashley Johnson is both a consummate professional and my new bestie in NC. Seriously, my new employer wanted me in Charlotte ASAP. I looked on Yelp, found Savvy and they connected me with Ashley. To say she was the BEST thing that happened to us during this process is an understatement.

We just bought our first house, and Brittni Multi was our realtor. As 22 year olds, we were completely clueless about how to go about this. At first we met with a realtor from a different agency who did not take us seriously at all. We dumped him and came to Savvy because our last rental went through them. What a difference!! Brittni was the best, and her partner Debe was great too.

I have so many great things to say about Shonn Ross and Savvy + Co. I don't think there is enough room here in yelp.
