We have been searching for a house in charlotte and it was over 4 months and we could not find - our offer was clear and strong but still we could not find one, all we were lacking was our BETTER HALF in the real estate business, when we met Shad - I exactly described him the same thing and He promised me he will complete my puzzle and we will get our desired home and that week end - we saw two houses, had verbal offers on both - one less than asking price and one slightly above it - no huge DD or Earnest money deposits - Shad worked out wonders by being creative - and u know what WE GOT BOTH THE

I've been through 2 homes using Charlotte Living both times working with Jenn. She's absolutely amazing, very hard working, and cares about her clients. They're the only realtor I've had no complaints about. Buying and selling homes can be frustrating to say the least but I know when I work with Jenn and the other folks there they'll do whatever they can to take care of me.

We just closed on our first home! We got married and relocated to the Sedgefield area and had a good friend from here recommend Shad at Charlotte Living Realty. Being totally new to the real estate market we were happy to be able to work with someone so knowledgeable. The whole process went smoothly and Shad was amazing. My new home up in Eastover was handled by Charlotte Living Realty and Carolina New Home Credit who's a sister company of theirs. No complaints with either company. The commission through Charlotte Living was only half since they were helping me build. Excellent realtors if you're building in Charlotte or surrounding areas.

We used a different local realtor before contacting Charlotte Living Realty. Our home was on the market for 3 months while we had already moved out of state. We were really desperate to find a buyer but were making no headway with our first agent. After we handed it over to Paul I think it took right at 3 weeks and we had 3 offers. He really knows his stuff and how to get the right people to see your listing. Happy we found Charlotte Living or the property might still be on the market!
