The two hispanic ladies were very helpful and good at what they do. I had stopped a few days before and another blonde hair lady was working. I arrived at 6:15. She wasn't busy. She said that you closed at 7 and she didn't have time to cut my hair and was rude. I decided to try one more time and I'm glad that I did. The service I received was 5 star for sure. Ill be back again.

Went in for a haircut and what I ended up with was a very bad cut. My hair is long, now it is uneven and choppy. I will not go back...paid $60 which included the tip I left ..the quality was not how I expected and based on reviews I thought this would be a great place...note to self, don't always go by what reviews say.. now I'm going to pay another $60-$75 to have another salon fix my hair to look the way it should...very disappointed

I love this place. They always give me the haircut that I want. The last time I was there, I had 11 inches cut off and they helped me tie up the hair so that I could donate it. I have had several different people from Daymi's cut my hair and they always give me exactly what I ask for. They speak spanish and english and have always been extremely accommodating. They are the best!

The lady owner is not welcoming to her knew clients. When I got there not knowing exactly what hair color I wanted. Instead of working with me and explaining the different options she became irritated saying that I should already know what want and that she’s never heard of the colors that I was asking for. She made me feel embarrassed in front of her staff and other clients there. After the color this morning my hair looks brittle and super dry. The cut she gave me was also not one I’m happy with. I will not ever go back.

Edit: I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, because the owner did everything in her power to fix the other stylist's mistake. She opened up on Sunday to accommodate my work schedule and corrected my cut. She even gave me a card for a free olaplex treatment that she would personally do for me. I greatly appreciated her reaching out so that I wasn't an unhappy customer. The cut is still much shorter than I originally intended, but you can't glue hair back on. Overall, I would definitely recommend Raquel as she is a wonderful business owner who ensures any wrongs are righted. THANK YOU!

I called here initially wanting to get a haircut and haircut only however the stylist on the phone said it was $45 dollars which seemed outrageous to me after she explained it was for washing and blow dry as well (FYI they told me that even if I just wanted a cut it would still be $45. I took the appointment however, I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED at the blow dry. Let me explain...

The appointment setting was so easy and the website was very clear with prices, but aside from that I was not impressed. Online it showed it had 90 reviews and 4.6 stars. I do not know how that happened.
I came on lunch for a quick cut. The shampoo was good and enjoyable except for the really loud Hispanic music that was playing as well as the loud television. Both loud- both playing. It was not a relaxing experience.
All I needed was a trim, but once we were done, there was so little cut hair on the floor that I actually asked TWICE if she actually even cut my hair. The amount on the floor

I had called I made an appointment for my son to get his haircut at four. We arrive there right at 4 o'clock, and sit down. There were two stylists there and not one of them said hello, how can I help. We waited for 20 minutes when I finally went to one of the ladies that I thought was Daymi's mom and asked her how much longer. She said 15 minutes. I was frustrated by that point because I had busted it to get over there by four, so I went to run one of the many errands I had, came back and she was working on another lady. At the moment when I meet Rachel I knew that she was an expert! My hair is not other than unruly, wavy and thick, and OMG she did miracles with me, for many years I look for the right color for my skin tone and she was able to found it! Thank love it! This is my 4ever hair place

The stylist and receptionist were talking about my hair being "snarled" and "tangled" in front of me. I told them I spoke Spanish and that they could just communicate to me directly. They also talked to one another another whether or not to dry my hair, without ever asking me. At the end of the appointment, I told the receptionist that she might want to be more careful about talking about clients in front of them. She was nothing short of rude. She told me not to come back. I will be sure to let everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. I've never been more disrespected

Unfortunately, there's no option to give it less than one star. So I made an appointment here a few days ago. Checked out their website, prices, everything checked out. I wanted a Brazilian blowout and color. The website had the blowout at $95, and color at $65. Of course, I've gotten my hair done enough times to know that you always pay more than the quote, so I was prepared to pay about $300. My hair is short. Like barely at shoulder length short. There was a time when my hair was down to my waist, and I paid about $300 for a highlight and blowout, so I assumed this was a very generous

I decided at the last second I wanted to dye my hair black. It was a Saturday afternoon and gave them a call, simply because it's close to my neighborhood and when I called they said they will see me right away. When I arrived, I was greeted by all the ladies there, they sat me down and immediately started working on my hair. I have long hair and it was already black I just wanted it darker and with a blue tint to it. It was an ok experience, after all, all I needed was for them to dye my hair, no cut. They were friendly and nice.

Been going here for years. I've always used Raquel.
She's not much for a lot of talking but I've learned a good stylist just listens.
Fair pricing. Good times; they even have text system that reminds you 24 hours before appointment that you have one.
Flexible times.
Friendly people.

I've been coming here for about 2 years and have brought my wife and daughter here, but this Saturday morning I was in teal need of a haircut and I get there at 9:34am and the door is still locked. Someone showed up five minutes later to open the door, but by that time I was google searching or the nearest Supercuts and decided to go there...If you wanna sleep in open later or make sure your employees get there sooner to be ready to open, I don't support local businesses that are run like that I'm not recommending anyone to go there anymore. Was not impressed by this place at all. It wasn't a horrible experience but not a great one either. Called Friday morning for an afternoon appointment and they were able to fit me in, which was awesome! I asked for a price for a cut, wash and dry but she said they would not be able to quote me over the phone but depending on the length it would vary from $35-$55. When I arrived I was greeted by my stylist and escorted to my seat. There were two other stylist there doing each other's hair and complaining about life in Spanish. My stylist asked if I wanted my hair spritzed or washed. I

I have gone so many places to find a good hair stylist. My boss had been raving about Daymi. Her hair always looks beautiful when she gets it done and heck she's in the shopping center where I work. So I hesitantly tried as I am super picky and weary of new people. Now... I'm hooked. My hair was so messed up . she knew my head of hair like I've been there for years. I loved my cut so I took my daughter. Loved her cut so I had her fix my son's from another salon not even a week after he had it done and it was a night and day difference. My parents see her mom both impressed
