We lived here for 2 years with absolutely no complaints. I must call out Diana in the leasing office, as well as Ernie and Ozzie from maintenance. All three are great to work with and timely in responding to any questions/concerns. The apartment was clean and functional, nothing was falling apart. The area is quiet and well kept after. Annual power washing and landscaping, weekly trash pickup and mowing. If we ever need to transition back to an apartment, Diana will be our first call!

It was great to stay in this apartments, lots of diversity n neighbors were very friendly. Had a lot of sidewalks to walk n bike. Kids loved the pool n the park. I have to say the management (Dianna) and Maintenance guys (Ernie n Auzzie) were very nice and took a good care of the Maintenance works.. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to live..

I have lived here for the past two years and I have had a very pleasant experience for both of them. I only ever needed to submit two maintenance requests, but both were taken care of quickly and courteously. The apartment manager Diana is very nice and attentive. Overall I would say this was a great renting experience and I would highly recommend them over other options in the area.

My experience with Florin Hill was fantastic. We loved our apartment, it was very spacious compared to other similar priced Apartments in the area. We thought we got a great value and liked all of our neighbors. The management was great. I only had to call about something once or twice but always got a very quick response. I would recommend Florin to any friends of mine.

I spent two years at the Florin Hill Apartments and moved out recently due to a change finding a new job. Coming in to Mount Joy from out of town, the apartments really stood out during my visit. The area was always well maintained and the staff was always helpful in whatever was needed during my time there. Housing was affordable in a quiet community that still offers enough to within walking distance. The area offered easy access to 283; so any commute in the surrounding area is reasonable. I highly recommend looking into the Florin Hill Apartment Homes.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years, and have loved it! Diana truly is such a gem! Her bubbly personality, quick responses time, and she will do whatever she can to help you! Anyone is lucky to have her as a landlord/GM.
In our stay here, never had any issues with neighbors, noise, or excessive maintenance issues. Ernie and Ozzy are always quick and professional when they are needed!
Only reason we’re moving is because we’re looking for something bigger. 10/10 for Florin Hill Apartments!!

We have lived here going on 4 years now , The only reason we are leaving is because we found a house. Both my wife , daughter, and I have never had any bad times with anyone from here. Dianna has always been extremely helpful and professional with us (and makes incredible cookies) and the Maintenance staff has always been great for the few times we have needed them, Ernie and Ozzy are very quick and professional at fixing anything. We do miss seeing Kevin and Randy who were here when we first moved in. Kathleen who was awesome also . I recommend Florin Hills to anyone who is looking to Move to

Lived there for 6 years and enjoyed every bit of the location! The apartment itselt was a great size and never heard my neighbors. Diana was always quick to respond to my calls or e-mails and was very easy to talk to. Never had any big issues but maintenance was always respectful when it came to changing the filter. The grounds were always kept up with and pool maintained. The gym isn't the biggest in town but great to get a quick workout in before or after work. I would still be living there if I didn't have to relocate for work.

I lived at Florin Hill for the last two years and it was a great experience. Diana and the maintenance crew are very friendly and always helpful. Kathleen was not very nice or personable (as other people have said in their reviews), but she is no longer there. It is a very nice neighborhood and everyone was always so friendly. I had a dog there and my roommate and I still got our security deposit back, despite what some others say. Our apartment had some normal wear and tear after two years but we had no issues moving out. As long as you keep your place clean and take care of things, you should
