My boyfriend and i have been living at peach alley court for almost a year now and we absolutely love it. Our property Manager, Dawn, is so kind and caring. She is very friendly and loves stopping to say hi to our dog. That’s another plus about Peach Alley is the no breed/weight restriction for dogs. We have a 90lbs boxer and really struggled finding an apartment that accepted dogs, let alone large breed dogs. It’s also great because our dog loves other dogs, so he has made lots of new dog friends! The maintenance men George and Rod, are also very kind and attentive. The other residents here

Dawn, the building manager is the best one I ever had. Hands down she will rush to your needs 24/7. I had a 6-month lease which was priced fairly. The only con I can think of is the Maintenance staff takes awhile to respond to a work order request. The gym is nothing special and very small FYI.

Was a great place when I first moved in once a new manger came in everything went down hill , I got a letters on my door about my dogs barking constantly Even though I had them on camera sleeping , there is no privacy Everyone is all up in everyone’s business , if yu have a dog and thinking about going there don’t better off taking your money else where because all it is is headaches , I broke my lease just to leave and get out finally and don’t regret it not one bit , sorry for such a bad review but my experiences can be different from someone else’s good luck if yu are moving there !

While trying to sort out a visit to look at an upcoming available apartment, my wife was given a time and date for a viewing and then was ignored and our "application fee" was taken with zero communication following multiple attempts to reschedule and give the rental office the benefit of the doubt. I'm glad they're renting the apartment out to someone else because I refuse to continue to do business with a place that outright lies about communication and refuses to come clean about taking money and running with it.

Dawn has been great to work with. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled. I recently had some maintenance work done and it was done professionally and completely by George with Dawn's assistance. I don't know of any property managers that would do that. She is right there to help out wherever needed. This is the first time in a very long time that I feel like I am home and Dawn has been a key factor in making that happen. It is a great place to live.

We have lived at Peach Alley Court for 2 1/2 years. We have found it to
be a very comfortable and quiet apartment complex. It is centrally located in town and within close walking distance to stores, restaurants and churches. The Manager, Dawn Dunlap, is very attentive to the needs and concerns of residents. She is approachable, kind and friendly. She has only been on the premises since November 2018 and has been successful in making many great improvements. Serious issues are handled immediately. Others are handled in a timely and satisfactory manner. George, Maintenance Dept., is a very capable
