I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Castleton has proven to be the perfect spot for my special needs brother , Brian, and I. I was very apprehensive as to how Brian and I would handle apartment living but it has been wonderful. Having the pool and the gym so close is proving to be such an asset to Brian's physical and mental well being. This world is a crazy place right now and having a stable and secure home is so important. I am forever thankful to be able to call Castleton home. We look forward to many happy years ahead at Castleton.

I can't say enough good things about our leasing agent Alexis. She recommended a different apartment than what we had applied for because it better suited our needs, took pictures of the unit to show us while we were on vacation, and left a wonderful welcome gift with treats for our dog. Move-in was a breeze with how flexible they were. The complex is wonderful and everyone is so nice, including maintenence. Dave was so polite and so quick with repairs and preventative maintenence. And they called to ask permission to enter the unit! We're on the 3rd floor so we have gorgeous vaulted ceilings and

Very thin walls. I left after a year. The dogs above me. Barked constantly! The noise of the people going up and down the stairs. Terrible! The snow plowing terrible! You couldn't get out your door. The snow would drift in. The pool was terrible. Bet shallow. Not deep enough. The walls are thin. All my neighbors. Heard the people around them and the dogs!

My husband, daughter and I very recently lost our entire home because of the floods in Mount Joy. The stress, fear, uncertainty and hopelessness was unbearable for weeks.
We were fairly certain that the possibility of living at the mission, was becoming inevitable.
A couple of local complexes wouldn't even talk to us I'm assuming because we had to file a full Chapter 7 bankruptcy because of the floods and not being able to do the repairs. One complex in particular treated us so badly we felt like second-rate citizens at no fault of our own.
And then our attorney mentioned the Villas

This was a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved living here. The staff was amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. Our apartments was in excellent condition. The grounds and park are kept clean and looking really nice. This was definitely one of the best places we have rented. Thank you Castleton staff!!

The Villas of Castleton was my home for a little over year. Wonderful experience from the onset. Ann was my first point of contact – she welcomed/greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, in fact, Ann always smiles, amazingly personable, great attitude and very caring. Ann walked me through everything, step by step. Since I was new to the area, Ann not only asked me about my social interests, but also pointed out all the great local spots (such as restaurants, etc.) in the area and surrounding areas.

My girlfriend I fell in love with this place the first time we visited. There are plenty of positives about The Villas. First off, the scenery is just amazing. There are rolling hills all around and plenty of things to do within walking distance. The people here are very nice. Everyone from the office staff, the maintenance personnel, to my fellow residents. Very friendly group of people. And, of course, the apartment. Our apartment is very spacious with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Every apartment has a balcony area, which we utilize a lot. We could not be happier with our living arrangement
