bitterroot has been a great company to rent with. i have rented with them for about 6 years now and they have always been very helpfully with any issues. we had a pipe burst about a week ago and they had it fixed in no time! couldn’t recommend a property management more, Daniel has also been super easy to work with!

A total pleasure to deal with. Would 100% rent from them again. I’ve dealt with a bunch of different property management companies over the years, and, hands down, bitterroot property has been the best. Their team is very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely rent from them again if ever in Missoula.

I just finished renting out a place from them and I would 10/10 do so again. I had to break my lease early and Daniel and the entire staff at Bitterroot Property were so incredibly helpful. They had the place re-rented within a month and were very kind and open the entire time.
While I was renting from them I had no problems whatsoever. They allow you to pay rent online (without any sort of extra charge!) and are always very friendly when you go into the office.
