The Gatewest office is open to the public but in an effort to protect all parties, we ask you to continue to leave checks & money orders in the dropbox or mail payments to limit traffic. We ask people only enter if necessary. Gatewest Management has been operating in Missoula for over 40 years. In that time, we have managed a wide variety of properties ranging from residential and commercial property to partnerships and condominium associations.

Gatewest Management has been operating in Missoula since 1971. Since those early years, our business has grown extensively to include a wide array of property management. We have experience managing retail space, office space, residential property, apartments and single family dwellings, condominium associations, farm and ranch property, recreational property, and family and business partnerships.
For your convenience, we have made some documents available that are most often requested. If you have any questions about which form you need, please contact our office at 406.728.733 or at gatewest@montana.com. Each potential resident 18 years or older must complete an application. We will not begin processing any applications until all potential residents have turned in their applications and paid application fees.

This company was good to us for almost 4 years. It is what it is nothing fancy. The only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is because the laundry services are terrible. I’m pretty sure the owner is in charge of this and that’s what creates the issue. It’s not mine I don’t own it but I would say let property Managment company handle it.

I have loved renting from gatewest over the course of the past year and a half. After an unfortunate and random break in attempt in my apartment, gatewest has been not only sympathetic to my situation, but responsive in getting my window that was damaged, repaired quickly. They are working with me to help find a new unit that meets my needs as well. Anna has been extremely helpful during my search, and Dan has went above and beyond to make sure I feel safe and comfortable. I will never rent from anyone else.

They will screw you any way they can, I almost always have a terrible experience with them when I need to deal with something. The desk people can be very rude. When I applied for my first apartment 2 years ago they lead me on for a month then denied my application, after a bad review they called and offered me my current place and asked me to take the review down which I did at the time, but they do not deserve even a single star in my opinion with how I get treated by them.

I didn't realize how good to us Gatewest was until we moved to Boise and have the worst property managers! I rented from Gatewest twice and they were always responsive. You'd always get an answer when calling. Maintenance was a breeze and super friendly! We were out and about and our key got stuck in the lock when we go home. Gatewest emergency services sent someone over at 10, only took 15 minutes for him to get there, got the job done and got a new doorknob by the next day. Our washer leaked when we moved in and they had it fixed within the day. Our heater wasn't putting out hot air, they had

I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with any rental place. Anna, seriously made me feel so special for helping me the way she did, and still continues to do. She took the time to listen to what I needed and did her best job to help me and she did! The other few people I spoke to over the phone were also very pleasant and helpful. I will always go to Gatewest before I look anywhere else. Thank you!!

My fiance and I recently applied for one of these places within a day of it being posted. We immediately put in our applications and we were told we were the first applicants, but that they had to contact the landlord about the property regarding dogs, even though it was obvious that the property was dog friendly having a dog door implanted in the back door and scratch marks on the front from dogs previously.

Gatewest has been the best property management I’ve rented through in Missoula. I’ve switched apartments a couple times through them and Anna was really helpful with the process. Anytime something has come up both Anna and maintenance have been super helpful with quick response. Highly recommend.
