Mary and Tom have been nothing but kind to my wife and I. We have been with Rent Smart for going on three years now and have absolutely zero complaints. When I first was told I have to relocate to Montana for work, I did not know where to begin. I found Rent Smart and met Mary and Tom to begin a wonderful relationship. I rented with Rent Smart for 2 years. They were so accommodating when I went from 1 apartment into a house. Upon getting into the house I was renting there was many items that needed to be addressed and Tom went over the top in helping with every single issue, nothing went unresolved. I just want to say thank you and maybe one day they will have one of my places to rent out to someone and I trust them 100%.

We received our deposit refund from RentSmart Missoula in a quick, timely manner. We appreciate that Mary was able to get that out so quick! Adriana and I enjoyed Missoula a lot. My partner and I rented a home from Rent Smart for two years in the Rose Park neighborhood. We had a great experience. They were prompt and attentive when we had questions or needed repairs, and clearly communicated during the move-out process. Over our two years of renting with them, we ended up working primarily with Tom, and appreciated his demeanor and professionalism. Our few interactions with Mary were also very positive.

This review is long overdue! We have been renting from Tom & Mary since fall of 2014 and we have been nothing but thrilled since the first time we met them! They have so many properties, but we have never had to wait for anything! They are awesome with communication and maintenance. Their online payment platform makes everything so easy! The house we rented for a few years ended up going up for sale. Throughout the whole process, they protected our rights as the occupants and made sure our time and privacy were respected. Then when the house did sell, not only did we get 100% of our deposit back

Rent Smart is incredibly easy to work with. One of the things I liked most is that they have the ability to do everything online (i.e. fill out app, pay app fee, upload documents and pay rent all online). I found several property management companies in Missoula still take paper apps! So thank you rent smart for being up to date on technology.

Mary and her husband Tom at Rent Smart have for two years managed a condo we own. We have nothing but praise: they are responsive, friendly, and competent. They have dealt quickly and effectively with the few problems that have arisen with the property, and they keep excellent records; their monthly and annual statements are detailed and accurate. Our confidence in Rent Smart is great enough that we largely forget about owning a condo except for when we receive our checks and statements, which always arrive on time. I'm sure we get the same high quality of service as Mary and Tom's larger clients
