It could have went better I went to give them a check for our applications fees and nobody was in the office except several big dogs . then when I went to find a different entrance I started to fall down the stairs and grabbed a bush to keep from falling and cut my hand up and due to my several health conditions I'm extremely sore today.
But please everyone know that it has NOTHING !!!! To do with the employees or owners of VERITAS I've yet to meet them in person but they were very nice and helpful and considerate so for how wonderful they treated me on the phone I will give them 4 stars

Veritas made the whole application/viewing/paperwork/payment process as stress free as possible. They worked around my work schedule when they didn't have to in order to get me a viewing of the property and explained everything to the best of their ability. I knew exactly what I was paying for before I signed anything. They were recommended to me by a current renter who had nothing but positive things to say about her experience. I am excited and thankful to be renting from Veritas.

I've never had a worse property management experience. After renting for nearly a decade, always paying my rent on time, fixing up many of the issues with the rental on my own dime, they increased my rent by $500 with one month's notice (the absolute minimum).
They failed to fix my leaking roof despite numerous requests over a year. They brought unmasked people into my apartment during COVID, routinely failed to give 24 hours notice, and didn't fix numerous other problems. Similar issues were shared by most of my neighboring tenants. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them.

When I noticed a certain property had been posted, I immediately called, emailed and sent a message from their website about my interest. The posting had only been up for a small amount of time (think 1 hour) so I was optimistic. I received no contact back. I finally called again the next day. I was informed they already had several applications and were removing the house from available. I was frustrated because of the competitive nature of rentals and I knew that I had reached out in a timely manner. Erin agreed to open it back up so we could apply which was lovely. Veritas has been managing our single family home in Missoula for just about a year now. Sonia and Timbre have been wonderful to work with. They quickly found the perfect tenants for our house. Since then, we've been able to enjoy consistent updates about our property, along with the rent checks on a monthly basis.
Their maintenance service is also amazing! This company really tries to keep costs low, which is higly appreciated. Sonia always checks in with us about any necessary repairs before sending maintenance out. So there is never a surprise on our rental statements, which we value and appreciate

We have been renting from Veritas for going on 4 years. It has been the most pleasant experience I've had in Missoula with a landlord! We always have a quick response for any maintenance needed. We are always given 24 hours notice before they need to come over. I don't have any worries here because we are treated like valued friends. I would recommend anyone to rent from Veritas!

My friend and I recently moved across the country with a horrible welcome when it came to finding an apartment/dealing with property companies. We were blessed to come across Veritas. Veritas has been managing my rental property in Missoula for over two years. Their service is very thorough and efficient.
