John just came to my home to perform an inspection. We are very COVID conscious and require masks and booties (or removing shoes) to enter our home. We had an immediate family death from COVID and we have an infant, so it is a requirement. No questions asked. We left a sign on the door to remind him as we were asked not to be home for the inspection. The sign clearly stated a mask and booties were required. John decided to not comply and still enter my home. He walked all over my house going inside and out multiple times with his shoes on and no mask. He is very disrespectful and unprofessional

Saguaro was one of the property inspection companies that NACA referred me to, and I was happy I chose them.
John came out and performed a thorough inspection, providing me with over 30 items for the loan company to consider. From that list, I presented the seller with the ones I was most concerned with, and the seller resolved all issues.
Thank you John for pointing everything out, and for taking the time to walk me through it all. He also accepts Zelle payments, which makes him very easy to do business with.
