Steve did the inspection for our new custom home in Gilbert. He is very detail in inspecting the house, pool, and the irrigation system etc. I've been working with Steve for 12 years. His detail report always amazed me!!! He is just outstanding!!! I highly recommend White Glove Inspection and obviously Steve.

Not impressed by the inspection process received by the owner..he went through a ton of information and seemed to be put out by common questions..! Maybe because my house was under 250k and didn't feel it was worthy enough..I have been in customer service my entire career of 37 years and take pride in what I do, no matter how much they are spending..this company was recommended by my Realtor...do yourself a favor and shop around..!!

I have bought many homes over my lifetime and I always have a home inspection done. But moving to Arizona, I wasn’t sure of a company to use. My real estate agent recommended White Glove Home Inspections and I can’t say enough great things about them!! I called the office and spoke to a very nice gentlemen who answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. Upon arriving for my review, I met with the inspector named Steve. He was very knowledgeable about all the working components of the property. He took time to walk through and show me the items he found. Out of all my home inspections

We had such an amazing experience with this company! We just finished purchasing our very first home, and as you can imagine, had so many questions about everything! We really feel like Steve went above and beyond during his inspection.
During the first inspection, we quickly realized that the seller's had not finished their renovations and the home was clearly not ready to be inspected. Once we got notice the home was finished and ready, we were quickly able to make another appointment for a re-inspection and he made it so easy to do!
Once the house was fully inspected, Steve made sure to go

We had the worst 77 page inspection. They wrote that the beams/rafters were cut. No, this is how the builder put in vaulted ceilings. An inspector should know that. He broke a cabinet and left it. Put the air conditioning down to 72 degrees and left it. They wrote things in this report and then stated this was normal for the age of the house. This inspection would scare any potential buyer. Not very educated for a home inspector.

Well, a year into our house and we have found SEVERAL Major problems that our inspector at White Glove totally missed.
The most obvious is that of our roof. White glove said there was 3 layers of shingles and we had about 5 years left on it. The true story after visiting with several different contractors (handymen and roofers) is that the roof is NOT TO CODE! Someone put the wrong type of shingles on top of the original roof and it has caused MANY problems. In addition to that He missed a couple places where the roof had leaks that had come into the home.
The next major miss was that of our

My wife and are relocating to Arizona, and we're purchasing a home there that's currently in escrow. Our highly experienced realtor recommended that White Glove Home Inspections, LLC perform the home and termite inspections for us. In short, their work was OUTSTANDING! The gentleman who performed the inspection was extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally thorough and highly professional. He checked out EVERYTHING, even down to detail such as assuring that when the oven was set for 350 degrees, his temperature probe showed it was about 350. Following the nearly 5 hour inspection, he

Just read the hidden reviews for this company, and I was not surprised based on my terrible experience. What a joke service. And now I am $1600 dollars in the hole for damage they made to my property walking on a tile roof and then breaking it!!! And this damage was confirmed and reported to me by a third party licensed roofing contractor.

I usually do not write negative reviews, but after my experience with White Glove, I felt the need to share my experience. I used them on a recommendation that despite their higher prices than other inspection companies, they go over and above their peers. Well, after this experience, I would say that they most certainly did not go over and above and I'd argue that they were not thorough. First, they missed a huge beehive (~30,000 bees) that we noticed immediately upon move in and had to pay to get removed, and second, they also didn't notice that our supply lines needed updating,
