Buying a home. The process can be stressful. A home inspection is supposed to give you peace of mind, but often has the opposite effect. I just had Top 2 Bottom come out and inspect a house I am looking to purchase. Brian was the representative they sent and he was awesome! He was there before the scheduled time and ran me through everything he was going to inspect. Then he began the process giving me quick updates where he briefly explained why he was making a note and if it was a major/minor issue. He finished on time and walked me through his initial report explaining what everything meant. I asked several very pointed questions and he was able to handle them all with ease and a smile. Hi, I recently bought a house and used their home inspection services back in January. Since I first moved in, I've had multiple electrical issues such as electrical outlets not working, fans not turning on, two closet lights not turning on. I tried calling them twice and left a voicemail about a month ago and never heard back from anyone. I let them know I was disappointed with the electrical problems and I would like somebody to call me back or get some sort of a refund. We are moving to AZ from OR so everything is via phone or em. Top2bottom was recommended by our Realtor. It was a pleasure to work with them. We used FaceTime to walk through all the things they felt could be possible problems. They are extremely detailed and very timely with their reports. I would definitely use them again!
