The inspector was a professional. Very polite knowledgeable, patient with our many dumb questions. Got the schedule for the following day and the report on the same day of inspection. Priced reasonably. Highly recommend.
In this day and age with so many so-called businesses offering the same service against many competitors people makes the difference.

Well, I see lots of five-star reviews, but we had quite a different experience. We have bought and sold many properties over the years and this was the worst inspection company that we have dealt with. We are the sellers - and with the way things went we are very concerned about what the report will say.
My wife was home during the inspection and called me at work with concerns during the process. According to Tim none of the pool equipment worked - especially the spa heater and pool lighting. Amazingly, if you turn on the switch labeled 'pool lights they come on. Not sure why that was difficult

Tim was great, we felt like he was very thorough in inspecting the house. He pointed out anything small and big and how easy or hard it would be to replace it. Also the urgency of the fix. I landed up not buying the house due to repairs that exceeded $20,000. I was happy that I didn’t buy a house with so many repairs and not up to code. I am sure it was hard to report everything with the realtor right there. I felt he was definitely working in my best interest. Job well done! Thanks

ATS did a great job inspecting the home we are purchasing. It was fast and easy to schedule and Tim was there on time and did a very thorough inspection. We actually had a copy of another inspection that had been done just prior to ATS, and Tim found everything on that report and additional items. He also had a very comprehensive report to us within hours of completing the inspection. Tim is knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
