My fiance and I went to Beard's after a not so good experience at another jeweler. The jeweler we went to before Beard's did not welcome us when we entered the store and never approached us to ask if we needed… help. We intended on purchasing a ring that day and walked out of that store. We went to Beard's afterwards and our experience was entirely different. We were greeted and helped by an employee immediately. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for but it was affordable and came with a free sports ring. I was very impressed and relieved we chose Beard's.

They're so-so. They had a bogo offer on wedding bands, so we went in to check out the selection. The online selection was different from in store. And when our sales woman, Grace, showed us the men's rings, quite a few wasn't included in the offer. She was helpful with me trying on some of the women's bands, but she said that they don't offer any expedited shipping on those items, which we said we would need the rings pretty quickly and would have paid extra to expedite. Overall we are very happy with our purchase of a pair of diamond earrings. We wanted higher quality diamonds and that is exactly what we received. The reason for the 4 star review is the length of time that we stood around unassisted when we first arrived. A good 20 minutes passed before anyone approached us and customers who came in after us were assisted before us.

My engagement ring was purchased in Atlanta but needed to be resized and I wasn’t going to drive all the way to Atlanta to have it resized from the place it was purchased so I chose Beard’s to take care of my new ring. Beard’s has such a great reputation in Jacksonville and they do all of their services in-house so I trusted them to take care of my ring. I picked it up today and it fits perfect!!! The town center location is my favorite since it's huge and has the largest variety of in stock items. The staff are very friendly and remember me every time I shop.
