Condos need inspections just likes any other home. Though an HOA usually covers shared exterior components of the dwelling, you will typically still be responsible for anything from the studs in. Evaluation of a condo's HVAC systems, appliances, location of possible water damage and pest detection is still necessary.
Often people don't think about inspecting a new build/construction thinking that since it is new that there won't be any problems. Not doing a inspection can turn out to be a costly mistake since sometimes these issues go unnoticed until the builders warranty expires. Protect yourself, you are making an expensive purchase and don't want to end up regretting what is suppose to be a happy time in your lives.

Brad was very thorough when he did the inspection and we received the report the same day. He took time to answer all of our questions and followed up with any questions. He has very neat tools to take clear pictures of the roof which was able to pick up even the small issues on the roof. We are very impressed and his inspection helped us on our negotiation.
