Imperial Pro strictly follows the Standards of Practice established by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) to provide thorough, timely and unbiased reporting to give our clients important information. The third and final phase of the new construction process is conducted when the home is substantially complete, generally around the time the builder is prepared to do a final walk-through with the home buyer. This should be done after all trades have finished their work inside your home and all appliances are installed.

The one-year warranty expiration marks the final opportunity to identify, document, and inform your Builder of items that need repair or adjustment. Imperial Pro Inspection specializes in working with buyers of new homes whose one-year warranty is coming to an end. Our detailed and thorough inspections can reveal items that are safety hazards, not performing their intended function or maintenance items that need repair.

Neil is thorough, efficient, and understanding! When purchasing my home there were some delays that led to me needing an inspector last minute. Neil was able to execute what I needed done despite the situation he was faced with. He definitely helped my family out with reducing stress from the urgency of the inspection. It was a breeze and pleasure working with Neil. It was easy to book the home inspection for our new construction home at a very reasonable price. Neil was thorough in his inspection and found a couple of items that we would have otherwise missed with potentially costly repairs in the future. Hire without hesitation! As a professional engineer, I was looking for a detail oriented inspector that takes the inspection as seriously as I do. Neil was fantastic! Wow!!! To say I’m impressed is an understatement! Neil was really flexible to the date and time I needed the inspection done. I received reminders about my upcoming appointment and even for the service being completed. The inspection report was the most thorough document I have seen in a long time!
