He was raised in Chandigarh, India. Prior to that, he completed coursework in law and technology at The Ohio State University Law School, Columbus, Ohio, and earned his law degree at Panjab University Law School, Chandigarh, India (L.L.B. 1999).

Attorney Miotke was born in Milwaukee and raised in Florida. Attorney Miotke is a graduate of the Florida State University - College of Law, Tallahassee, Florida J. D. 1995. Attorney Miotke is an experienced immigration litigator and has successfully and aggressively represented clients for over twenty years exclusively in the area of Immigration and Nationality law.
Attorney Shirin James advises and counsels businesses and individuals on all matters relating to immigration law, such as professional work visas, investor and treaty trader visas, permanent residency based on employment, and family immigration matters for spouses, fiances, and minor dependent children.
Attorney Rohit Khanna regularly counsels clients on removal defense matters, waivers, motions, and appeals before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and represents clients before U.S.C.I.S. He was born in New Delhi, India, but raised in both Canada and the United States. Mr. Khanna is a graduate of Barry University - School of Law (J.D. 2006).

Ladies and gentlemen, I want to share with you the story that happened to me in the United States: in 8 years of my case my file got approved and denied same time. My experience with Dehra Miotke Immigration was fantastic. I've been battling my citizenship status for a long time, pretty much since I was born overseas. I needed an immigration attorney for my very complicated case. My husband had previously hired Mr. John Miotkie for his immigration case, along with a couple of our friends as well. Mr. John Miotkie was very efficient and provided all of them with a great service. So I figured I would hire him for my case as well. I have not regretted that decision.
