A conviction for a sex crime in Florida is forever. Under Florida law, if you are convicted of a sex crime, your name must be placed on the state's sex offender registry and it will likely never be removed. I trusted this guy .. you would think Latino Americans would stick together I feel like he didn't care about my case take as much money as he could and felt like he had no choice but to be at my court date from the money he received... theres no excuse I should have stuck with my p.d ..my record is not even bad for the out come I came out too.. very good slick talker but a small dog fighter.. got extra 5,000 for trial we didn't go to and when I got out . He tells us you didn't read the agreement ?? I was in jail .. that's against the law to keep money for something that never happened . Why would

I would do more than 5 stars if it was available. Mr. Gonzalez was outstanding. Told everything how it was, very responsive to call and email. Fought very hard to get my husband the outcome he received. If We were to ever need a attorney in Florida again, We would use him as many times as We needed. Made me feel good in the beginning giving great hope on what he could do......once the money was handed over.....it changed drastically....and ultimately, did not do what he said he could do. It honestly did not feel he was fighting for my best interest any longer. Acting more like he wanted to.make the money, get the case over, throw you away and move to the next client. This was made very clear when as soon as the case was disposed, he immediately, while in court, sent me a case closure. Not even asking if he would be an option for representation for an early termination hearing.
