Getting into a car accident is awful, to say the least. It's even worse when you've only made 3 payments on the car that somebody else carelessly drove into. I did all the things a person is supposed to do at the scene of the accident...waited for FHP, exchanged information with the other driver, waited for FHP...and continued to wait for 3 hours. After 3 hours, we were informed that FHP would not be arriving. This was disconcerting because I didn't know what my rights were without an official accident report and no one officially ticketed. I hired Culpepper Kurland for a car accident case. They were useless. I never even got to speak with either attorney even though I asked several times. I had to keep calling them to find out where my case was going and what I needed to do to get it moving. They have only been to trial once and lost. I would not recommend them.
