I purchased my house without looking at it before hand and I needed my inspector to be my eyes. Mr. Luis Martin provided exactly what I needed. I just want to say thank you so much to Mr. Martin for taking the time out of his day in such short notice to conduct a full home inspection on a new property I am in the process of closing on. He was very kind, professional, and thorough. I am so blessed and pleased with his detailed inspection, it has allowed me to have a peace of mind that the home gets completed properly, before closing on this new home. Luis A. Martin inspection was incredibly thorough, and his report was very detailed and explained his findings with great clarity and pictures. He found several problems at home that I was in the process of purchasing, that were not only nearly invisible to us, but also potentially very hazardous to our safety. His inspection helped my decision on the property in question.

I needed a home inspector by today because tomorrow was my deadline. Despite the fact that it was a sunday he came out today and also gave me the best price of the 6 i called. He is very professional and takes his time inspecting every inch of the house. He took 3 hours inspecting my future home. Once he was finished he took his time explaining to me anything he found and gave me his professional recommendation about hoe to correct minor issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
