We work with realtors to help serve their first time home buyers, investors, and other clients by performing full home inspections. We also work along with insurance agents in helping their clients with 4-point and wind mitigation inspections.
Our goal is to go out of the way to help identify areas in the house which may lead to larger issues with the potential to increase your cost or invite unexpected expenses. We work together with our clients to make sure they receive a quality report, and promise to always have the reports ready and sent within 24 hours after the day the inspection is completed.

Just had a 4 points home inspection and wind mitigation inspection done at my house could not be more pleased with the prompt and efficient services of ARB Home Inspections. Paula, the assistant, was very cordial and prompt to scheduled my home inspection appointment . I recently received a 4 Point Home Inspection and a Wind Mitigation Inspection from ARB.
This is my second time in 10 years working with ARB. They arrive on time for the appointments which are at a specific time - not the usual morning or afternoon which can tie up your day waiting. They use face masks and booties when performing their inspections. They are very experienced and thorough. Pictures are taken of the home and areas of the inspections. Research is done to provide exact dates of roof installation and other permits such as plumbing and electrical.
A detailed report is emailed to you

Going into the process of getting inspected we were absolutely nerve wrecked, but when Andrew arrived and got straight to work he quickly settled any worries we had. I contracted with Andrew at ARB for a four point inspection that was required by an insurance company to provide homeowners insurance. I was very satisfied with his service. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the process up front and was able to arrange his schedule to access the property quicker than I had expected. He's very easy to talk to and returns phone calls promptly. His report was thorough and fair. We were changing to a new homeowner's insurance policy and needed a 4-point inspection. ARB responded to my inquiry immediately, accommodated my schedule, and arrived promptly. They were courteous and professional, and wore masks due to Covid-19. The inspection was thorough and the report was completed within 48 hours. The report was then emailed with a personalized note. ARB Home Inspections is a top-notch company we called and they called us back within 1 business day set an appointment for 3 business days later and arrive on time performed solid inspection provided the four point inspection report that our insurance company needed within 48 hours after the inspection.
Andrew is a professional and customer service oriented inspector who explained the things that he was Finding rather than just submitting them in a report.

Andrew Braun from this firm conducted an inspection on my roof way back 2018 for windstorm mitigation report as required by my home insurance for discount purposes. I own this house for the past 20 years I never had it underwent such an inspection. Andrew did a splendid job and his findings came out to be what I needed to deserve a respectable discount. I’m thankful Andrew was able to squeeze me in with a last minute appointment. He performed a thorough (4-point) home inspection and prepared the paperwork swiftly, giving a copy to me and my insurance agent. He also explained to me everything he found wrong during the inspection and offered easy, inexpensive diy fixes to some of the problems. Andrew is great at what he does and it was a pleasure working with him. I respect his honesty, fair prices and good communication from start to finish. I highly recommend!
