Kendall was amazing!!! As a first time home buyer I was super nervous about the process, especially the inspection. Kendall was insanely thorough and wasn’t afraid to get down and dirty when having to get into the hard places. She truly inspected everything, took pictures, wrote down everything. She was very responsive when I had questions and timely with getting the report back to me. When she reviewed the report with me she went over every line and explained in detail what I was looking at and the cause and effect of every issue there might’ve been. Wayne Home Inspections is a pleasure from the moment that you speak to someone on the phone, all the way through the end of the inspection. Wayne was not in a rush, but was very thorough catching all sorts of details not noticeable to the untrained eye. The inspection took about 3 hours, which included an overview of the digital report that he emailed to me as well. I was very impressed by his professionalism, due diligence during the inspection and documentation. I would, without question, recommend him and hire him again!

Mr. Wayne was very thorough with his inspection process, and presented the inspection results in a clear and detailed manner. I would recommend his services to anyone purchasing a home or wishing to identify issues prior to listing their home.
