Our appraisals are performed to the highest USPAP standards for insurance, estate, taxes, divorce and liquidation purposes. They are accepted by all insurance companies, estates, and for probate or divorce and are considered a legal document. No maam you did not tell me anything about any customers at all and i do understand it is Christmas why did you think i was calling? I was referred by someone and this is the 1st impression i get? You were rude. What makes the next persons business more important than mines? Customer service is number 1 in business no discrimination. Colored stones or no colored stones i should be treated the same. Sorry i interrupted your important business matters.
