I don’t suggest to go this shop they are very bad services that I never seen in my life !! They need have a customer service and improve their sales .. a woman in the shop I belive she is an owner very arrogant and I don’t see she has any good gold quality and all look so cheap for me !! Needed batteries replaced on two new watches which had never been worn. Warm greeting from both folks in the shop when I entered and one of the two watches was in the works before I knew it. The other was opened and both paid for at a very reasonable price within 10 minutes. The place is family owned and run and seems to place a great deal of value on making the customer happy, They certainly did just that for me. Highly recommended.

Listen, I'm sure this company is great at repairs and what they do. However, I called ahead before going just to simply clarify if what they sold was plated, filled, or solid gold. The woman who answered the phone not only continually spoke over me, but spoke to me like I was stupid telling me plated gold isn't real gold and asking "do you understand the difference? do you? because i can explain if you really don't understand." As a business owner, I can't imagine ever speaking to a potential customer that way, the way she spoke was so brash and condescending. I called

Last week I cracked the band of my favorite moonstone ring. I took it to Lu's jewelry in Austin and I couldn't be more pleased with the repair. In addition to fixing the crack they repaired bends and polished it up for me. It looks better than it did when I bought it! Located inside the Fiesta Mart, we received prompt service for watch battery replacement. The owner was very courteous and knowledgeable. We had our Michael Kors and Raymond Weil watch battery replaced in less than 10 minutes while waiting. Great service and convenient location along with great prices makes this a nice choice for watch repairs and services. Thank you!

Today I went to have my necklace repaired here, and the people who worked here were so nice! My necklace was beautifully repaired in less than 20 minutes for $11, and while it was being fixed, the owner talked to me and my roommate. She was extremely kind and nice to talk to. I know it seems weird to go to a jewelry store within a grocery store, but this place is the best!

So thankful for Lu's! The battery died in my (very beloved) watch and I needed to find a trustworthy shop, so I listened to the online reviews praising this place and was not disappointed. They were super nice, changed the battery in less than five minutes while I stuck around, and the cost was beyond reasonable. Highly recommend, thanks again!!

Just got a necklace shortened here and they did a great job! They were very thorough and patient with measuring it and making sure it was exactly the length I wanted it. Everyone working there was very friendly and honest, including the owner. Prices are very fair. It's about $10 to shorten a simple chain necklace. Mine was $20 since there was a fixed gem at the bottom and they had to shorten both sides. There were a couple repairs before me, but even then, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Just make sure you go to their jewelry shop at the very end since there is another jewelry shop

I love coming to Lu's jewelry. They always make me feel at home when I'm in there shopping. Miss Lu is the best. Always smiling and always wants to make sure you get what you want. Ok. I admit it no was reluctant to go because of the location, it's IN Fiesta at the corner not the 14k place but further along. Don't go to the wrong place. Go to Lu's!

Victor and the staff at Lu's Jewelry are amazing. I went in and asked for a gold bar name plate necklace. He didn't offer them at the time, but made one for me anyways! I was able to choose the chain and engraving to my liking. It was perfect! Talk about going above and beyond to make his customers feel special.

Long story short, I got a little worried when it became clear she couldn't complete it that night. It was my mom's watch and it means a great deal to me. She put me at ease. Next morning, got the call it was done. Perfect. Best $7.50 I've spent in a long time!

There is something not completely annoying about changing a watch battery. I think its the reminder that I don't wear an apple watch.
Lu's is definitely where I take my watches. Very nice folks there, and they turn your watch around faster than you can walk the aisles at Fiesta. I left with a functioning watch and a huge bag of fluffy tortillas. what could be better?
