A native of Houston, Robin studied Sociology at the University of Texas. There, she became fascinated with the human desire for self-adornment and personal expression through jewelry that seemed persistent through time and across cultural context. Upon graduation, she moved to London to study the history of jewelry at Sotheby's under some of the world's leading authorities, including Amanda Triossi, who she considers a career-shaping mentor.
Guided by a deep appreciation of art and history, proprietress and gemologist Robin Hancock has built a global network of suppliers and designers, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to finding the perfect piece for her clients. What a beautiful jewelry boutique, truly a wonderful experience. Carefully curated selections from new to estate jewelry, I have my eyes on the Italian enameled and colored gem pendants. The team is incredibly warm and makes you feel like family, even though I have only window shopped at the moment. Can’t wait for a treasure from Robin Hancock! Treat yourself to a visit!
