When developers began building planned communities with common (jointly owned) open areas and amenities this sharing of common interests appeared to be the next logical step in community development. But it created a new question, "Who's going to be responsible for what we own together?" Local governments were not responsible because the land was privately owned.

Dinner out. 4 of us had appetizers, entrees, drinks and dessert. All the food was very good, all sauces and house made items were fantastic. The service was exceptional and the owner checked on us several times. I'd give our dining experience 5 🌟 plus!

I work in property management and I understand the back end on running multiple communities. I am very disappointed in planning alternatives inc. They lack in community, and from the reviews it seems all they do is take everyone's money and do nothing for the community but blam the board. If I could rate them a negative star I would. I recommend the management change rheir leadership and look at the needs of the community and tenets, or you may get a lawsuit.

Trash organization with horrible representatives. Disrespectful and non-accommodating. Avoid at all costs.

We love our condo, but the communication is horrible with Planning Alternatives, who is our HOA. We recently noticed a mice problem and have contacted them three times about the issue, after trying to resolve it ourselves. Finally, they sent a maintenance guy out to look (we also found out that 2 other units have had issues too and must have contacted Planning Alternatives as well). The maintenance guy claimed to not be a “professional”, but found a hole in the drywall between our outdoor boiler room closet and our neighbor’s. He also found a crack in the brick that led to the house. And

Planning Alternatives has been very helpful when I have needed assistance. I called, left a message regarding a garage door issues and received a call back that same day along with a resolution to the issue I was experiencing. They are a top notch management firm for our condominium complex and much better than the company that was used previously.

They won't fix anything. There is 2 dead tress on either side the condo, and at any day it could fall and break the roof. They said they won't fix it cause of money issues, Where the hell is the money going then?! Y'all got a lawsuit coming, get ready for the money to come out of y'all pockets instead of ours
