We are a family owned and operated property management company. We have been in business since 1984. Our goal is to provide clean, decent affordable housing to qualified applicants. You can view Units Currently Available, our Application or our Lease on this website. If you are interested in hiring us to manage property you own you may look at a copy of our Management Contract.
I'm still a tenant. I have to say that this company is awesome! I love the fact that MGM took care of it in a timely matter. The company has been awesome to me! I mean this company, with Matt never gave me any problems and is always willing to work with me, as long as you communicate with them and be respectful they will treat you the same way.

I am a struggling mother that has about three children I receive Social Security however they were not trying to give me a chance when I was only 100 and a little bit off they want me to make over the amounts and I just found this to be unfair especially when I explain my situation and I get more than just Social Security but for some reason it’s not valid I believe in chances and there’s no chance here

I've been renting for a little over a year and I've had no issues. I have a very nice home and I love it!! but looking to move into something bigger due to needing more space for the kids. I let him know I wanted to try and find a bigger house and he was very pleasant and told me to keep a eye out on the site and message if I see anything I like to look at. They are always very efficient with getting the yard mowed over the summer. I hope to continue renting from them throughout the future !!

I pay my rent on time. Never any problems. My tags were 48 hours expired. It took me 30 minutes to get that sticker residue off my window. That was inappropriate. Why couldn’t I receive a letter in my mailbox? I shouldn’t have parked on the grass. That was my fault. But the stickers are excessive. I had to use rubbing alcohol to get them off. Also all my vehicles run and drive. None are junk. As far as moving, I like my apartment and you guys are great with maintenance. It’s not all bad. Was just frustrated by the stickers.

I've been renting through this company since 2015. I'm still a tenant. I have to say that this company is awesome!!! My refrigerator stop cooling in Dec.2020 MGM sent a tech the next day and the the fridge was unrepairable then MGM got a new fridge (Brand New) better than the old one!!!I love the fact that MGM took care of it in a timely matter. The company has been awesome to me!!!!!

I see a lot of low star reviews here, so I thought I would add my own experience to the fray...
Mak Gregor Management has been my landlord since September of 2020 and they've been fantastic thus far. While I've lived at the address for nearly two years, the prior property management company was a utter nightmare. Things went unfixed, they were unresponsive, and they even made me put the water, for a multi-unit building, in my name --- and then they didn't pay it. The first thing Matt and his team did when they took over the property I live at was pay the water bill.
