With over 23 years of experience, Apple Property Management has been helping condominium associations make sense of the day-to-day operations. We have learned that proper bookkeeping and grass cutting is just the beginning to keep owners content with the management of their property. As the condominium administrators, we strive to respect the desires of every condo owner as well as the association. More concerned someone painted a divider fence (looked awful, now looks nice) because it wasnt an approved color or something but dont seem to mind at all that the trash service they changed us to routinley doesnt pick up on time. actually got so bad once this summer everyone had maggots growi g in their trash cans. but how dare someone paint a fence absolutely no one else sees
didnt notify when half our side yard was going to be dug up, came home to a mess one day
dont respond to calls, everything is a pain since switching to them
overall we've had a really bad experience with these people

We purchased here a yr ago and mngmnt is not very responsive and they kept telling us the pool would be ready on time, then it changed to it would be ready a week later, and so on and so on. I’ve been told “they only need 3 good days” and then those days come and pass and nothing happens. The pool still down. I’ve been told we’re not their only client. We have no control over the weather, but when the good days come and more days pass, still nothing happens! We pay dues to use the pool. Last year we were only allowed to 3 partial days a week unlike many other pools that were open daily

Doesn't give proper notification when work is to be done, so not adequate notice when to move vehicles and then charge a towing bill! Leave notices, 12 hours and Lee taped to entry for. When monthly dues are mailed way in advance they say oh well can't help what the postal service does! Then give you a 25.00 charge. Contact the main office to discuss...go figure, it's the father of the daughter who manages and his office says contact her. Boards on the pool are broken, missing! Tennis courts concrete cracked, yet fees continue to go up. Hope we vote them out, cheat the people who own.
