Services
Who needs a home inspection? Buyers and Sellers. If you are buying a home, pre-owned or new, an inspection will tell you the condition of the property. That way, there are no surprises after you close on the home. If you purchased a new home and it still has a warranty from the builder, it's a good idea to have a home inspection before it expires.
Mold is a generic name for over 100,000 different kinds of fungus. Essentially, molds are living organisms that make up a large portion of the fungi kingdom. Once thought to be part of the plant kingdom, molds make spores instead of seeds which float in the air like pollen. Spores are regenerative cells surrounded by a very tough coating that can survive detergents, chemicals, bleach and extreme temperatures.
Thermal imaging uses infrared technology to detect very small differences in temperature. Every material has a unique thermal signature and when moisture, heat, cold, or wood destroying insects are introduced into the structure the thermal signature changes.

The changes can be subtle or dramatic but with this incredible thermal image scanning technology the thermal signatures are detectable where they wouldn't be able to be seen with the naked eye.Thermal image scanning technology is now being used to evaluate residential and commercial structures. As a non-invasive testing tool it can quickly help discern where there are suspected issues.
Radon is measured in picocuries per liter of air (pCi/L), a measurement of radioactivity. In the United States, the average indoor radon level is about 1.3 pCi/L. The average outdoor level is about 0.4 pCi/L. The U.S. Surgeon General and EPA recommend fixing homes with radon levels at or above 4 pCi/L.

Paul was great! I’m a first time homebuyer and his inspection was very thorough for an extremely reasonable price. He took the time to explain everything to me and gave me great tips on how to make some minor fixes that will save me a lot of money.

Don't waste your time! Called and schedule with Paul and even confirmed again with him the evening before. He never showed. When I called him an hour after appointment time he stated, "I must have went to the wrong house and didn't have your phone number to call you but I will come by this evening." He didn't show again that evening or return any of my three calls over the next two days. I hope his work is better than his organization skills since he claimed not to have my phone number (even after calling me back the evening prior to confirm) and writing down my address incorrectly. Good luck if

Initial response was good. After that had to reschedule like 3 times. Took a week from the day I was told I would get my results. After that emailed, called, and texted but little to no responses back.

Company was very quick to respond, they were very professional and knowledgeable in their craft. They didn't just come in and leave quickly, they took their time and made sure that all aspects of the home were inspected, I would highly recommend this company
