I had my home inspected by Rob and Jeff. They were amazing. The guys did not "dirty up" my house as they wore "footies" and masks. I appreciate how quickly they responded to my calls to make an appointment and they arrived on time. They were very respectful and honest with great attention to detail and I received my inspection report at the conclusion of the inspection! I would absolutely call MHI again.

I highly recommend Major Home Inspections. Rob Major inspected my home before closing. He thoroughly explained the entire process and inspected things I wouldn't have thought to look for. At the completion of the inspection, he provided a binder with a highly detailed report with pictures and even provided a copy for the sellers. He was professional, personable and exceeded all my expectations for a home inspection. I will use Major Home Inspections again!

Rob Major recently did our home inspection, and we are very happy with the job he did. He was professional, very thorough, and helpful with his suggestions. He also gave us an extra hour of his time, as he originally estimated the inspection to take 2 hours but he spent 3 hours doing the inspection (and he worked for all of that time).
He brings his own ladder and equipment, and he also uses his phone to note and take pictures of the issues he finds as goes. He has a software program that compiles the information he collects into a well-organized report that he will print and put in a binder

I have been using Rob for years! He does a great, thorough job on very inspection. He finds issues with homes that have issues, but does not make up issues when they are not there! He is well educated in all aspects of home inspections and eagerly willing to share his knowledge with my buyers. Many of my repeat buyers have used him again and again because he is very patient and always happy to answer questions--be it on the day of the inspection or years later. I used Major Home Inspections because they were one of the few that called me back and took time to answer all my questions. They were so thorough on their inspection and found several potential money-pit issues that I decided not to negotiate with the seller and keep looking.
When I found another home, I called Major Home Inspections again and they gave me a discount because I returned to them after terminating my offer on the first house. The inspection was just as thorough on the second house and I bought it.
