Had the worst experience with this company. They expect you to pay for an application and fees and hope they have an apartment ready when you're ready to move. The lady at the rental office was so rude and over talking me I couldn't imagine having to do business with her.

Bad place to live hard to get in contact with the housing office, fail to fix issues in the apartments when told by the tennant, over priced for 1000 sq ft lived there for 5 years and rent went up 300 bucks when there were never any improvements made besides windows being installed.

Attempted to seek a cleaning contract from this company. After going thru the expense, time & trouble of gathering & paying for all the required documentation I found I had to send the same documents over & over & over again as their corporate office in Columbus constantly denys receiving them when in fact they have! If you are planning on bidding for ANY contractual work be prepared to deal with a GREAT deal of unorganized, unprofessional & incompetent property management company which explains the majority of overall ratings of a one! If Mr. Roger C. Perry wants to improve his business rating

Company has declined over the years. I called the rental office and could never get an answer. This is after filling the application out on line and it clearly saying that a 3 bed room unit was available.so after I could not get an answer I stopped by and another gentleman was out side knocking and waiting he said he had an appointment so after about 25 minutes of him knocking he asked that I attempt to knock and for another 25 mins we waited and finally an answer I dropped off some documents rather then emailing them and then after about a day or two I called to check my status no answer the few

Terrible customer service at your Barclay Square apartments. We all miss the old management, especially Melissa. The current management team don’t either know what they are doing or they just don’t care. Worse customer service ever, I would have given them no star if that was possible.

I own a property with this Home Owner Association/Property Management Company. Their customer service is extremely poor. Takes multiple attempts, phone calls, emails, to get a response or anything done. I recently had a phone experience with a woman on the phone who was quite rude. I simply called to ask if they have had reports of similar issues but she didn't seem to care and was eager to pass me off to another department, had no empathy or care for my concern. She even quickly spat out an ending response that someone will call me and hung up on me before I even had the chance to talk or ask

Places look nice on the outside but boy they sneak up on you. Upon moving
in Oct. 2017, all seemed well; place looked nice other than a “bubble” in the kitchen ceiling which we kept an eye on (water damage?)... After a few months, energy levels slowly declined in addition to overall mood/wellness- which we simply attributed to the weather. Unfortunately, come Summer we never snapped out of it- despite positive lifestyle changes/optimism for improvement. The second Fall/Winter, when we closed the windows & turned on the vents, the heat was on for a mere 72hours & it felt as if we had been gassed

If I could rate less than a one star I would. Here's my story. April 15th 2018 I was living in a duplex outside of Heatherwood. My fiance and I were moving into their newly acquired doubles. April 15th 2018 I was told to give my 30 day notice to my landlord. I did that. Then Management tells us it will not be ready in time. Well. A 30 day notice means a 30 day notice. My landlord had already rented my place out to someone else. So as a result I was forced to move in with my fiance in his tiny one bedroom apartment and I had to put all of my stuff in storage. Sure we thought oh we could do this

Horrible business. They have a property in Mansfield, Ohio and When I rented from them I had to break my lease a few months early and the lady that worked in the office at the time (her name was Dee) said that I would just have to pay Rent there until it is rented out. well when I left there was a waiting list so it got rented out right away and I was fine with paying a couple months extra rent... They charged me 6 months extra rent plus "damages" when I lived in the apartment for 2 months. There was no damage and the carpet still looked brand new. The Maintenance people stole some things in my
