Village Green has always been a company that improves lives and communities through its business practices. It began with our founder leading the effort of forcing banks in the 1930s and 40's in Detroit to offer mortgages to underprivileged and ethnically diverse people. Championing the building of solar homes and energy efficiency in the 1970s and 80s.
Originally founded in 1919, the company has evolved from building single family homes into one of the nation's largest privately held apartment companies. It was in the 1950s that the company first expanded into apartment, condominium and commercial building. Village Green Management Company and the Village Green apartment brand was established in 1966 as a separate division exclusively for developing, building and managing apartment communities.

I moved in in March. First, was told the rent for a three bedroom was 1585. Was told that all utilities were included, except electric . When given the lease, my rent was 100 more. Almost 1700.
Next, the three bedroom Apts have only two rattlers in them. This leaves two bedrooms with no at all. When my husband asked about this, he was informed that the whole apt would cool off with both ac running. Not true. The other two bedrooms are sufficatingly hot. I had to sleep on the couch for three weeks until we installed an extra window ac in both rooms. Village green offered to install an ac in the

We have been living here for almost three months and I'm happy to say that this a great place to live. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live near Atlanta but does not want to pay a rediculious… amount for rent. We had a problem with one of the bathrooms and the kitchen's cabinet drawer. The staff come the next day and fixed it very fast. I also like how you never have to worry about parking. There is a gate that only allows residents to enter. However, if someone is visiting they can call you and you dial 9 from your cell phone and immediately open the gate for them. I love
