My husband and I put in an application on a home on August 17, 2021 we have never heard back from anyone. I have called and left more voicemail and emailed more times then I can count. I have even called from different number’s with no response. At this point I just want our money back from our application fee. The house is still listed on their website for rent. I feel like they just took our money. Only use VIP if you want to waste your money and time. Read the reviews and believe them. They are real. This is the worst renting experience I have ever had. So unprofessional, to get them to answer calls is impossible to have them fix emergency problems is a wish that will never get fulfilled. I should have believed the reviews before signing the lease. I have rented one of their properties unfortunately for many years now. They never respond to any requests or complaints. They avoid making any repairs and maintenance at all cost. I will NEVER recommend them. They need a rude awakening that as someone who owns a property or many properties. they have responsibilities and obligations just as much as the tenants do. I so glad to be moving after the semester is over. Its disappointing to know they are just as irresponsible as most of their residents.

Would do no stars if I could. Filled out an application for an apartment and heard back once and was told I'd know if I was approved or not by the end of the week. It has been 2 weeks! and I NEVER got a call or email back even after I tried calling and emailing. I feel if you PAY for an application you should be notified regardless if you've been approved or not. I kinda felt scammed in a way.
I should also add that I did email Christina AGAIN telling her I wanted a refund on my application because I felt scammed and of course that is when she wants to reply back. She never wanted to reply when

I would not recommend VIP Realty to anyone looking for a rental in Columbus. My husband and I had the worst renting experience from them. They are essentially unreachable. We left countless voicemails during business hours and not one was returned. I left emails on the websites contact page and not once was emailed in return. I had to go into their office just to talk to someone real and asked them complete a task, but it was never actually completed. I had to go in a second time and ask for the manager who finally after weeks of lack of response and unanswered requests completed the task. They

I viewed the unit I was interested in renting and put the deposit down. A week later I was given an opportunity to buy and contacted VIP to inform them. Sean (A.K.A Aubrey) from VIP Realty interviewed really well with us. He made us a lot of promises and unfortunately that's all they were: promises. We explained to VIP realty that our biggest concern was having clear communication with our property management because we were moving to another state. The first communication faux pas was related to our bank account. We wanted to know if everything was received since we did not hear from them for days.
