For some strange reason the agent assigned to me claimed everytime that the didn't receive my email. When I called the office she was either on lunch or on the phone with a customer. I have seen better service and will not deal with her anymore.

Keep close eye on your payments with them thru National General. Paid over $900 in 6months for a policy that was quoted $700. They won't admit the discrepancy but we have made the payments. Never get the same answer its always something.

Fairly reasonable prices, excellent staff. I know this because I was late making a monthly payment because I lost my ATM card. I had just got off work and went to the bank asap but it was 4:54pm. 6 minutes till closing time and it would take me 10-12 minutes to drive there, IF traffic was good. Called and talked to very nice receptionist and told her my situation and that I had to make the payment that day, and that I was in route to her office. She said it was no problem. I sure wish my experience was as pleasant as the others have described. Did not get quick response, did not get call backs, asked questions and they were not confident about their own answers. I'm happy others get great service but I had to move on, they seemed to have no interest in my account.

Unfortunately, I share the same review and experience as Mr. Johnson. The staff may be friendly and responsive, but I have been trying to have a 5 minute conversation with Mr. Sewell for several days. As a customer of theirs and their predecessor for 31 years, I cannot be more disappointed in Mr. Sewell's inability to call me. Hurricane Florence happened over a month ago and yet, Mr. Sewell can't manage to call me. My neighbors have had outstanding personal service and attention from their agents. I wish we could say the same.
