When covid hit, Realtime PM shut their doors and went home, leaving our community without a property manager. They refused to even provide us with zoom or any online way to have meetings. The just locked the door and refused to manage our property. Period. It was right when we were trying to negotiate a contract for a major, overdue concrete restoration project and RealTime was absolutely no help at all. Needless to say, we severed our contract with them.

I’ve trying for three days to contact Real Time Property Management. I’ve left three voicemails and sent an email without any response. Nobody will pick up the phone in any department at any time of day. The property manager for my development has a voicemail that is completely full... not very professional at all. Unfortunately this seems to be how they operate on a regular basis. I absolutely would NOT recommend this management company for your HOA.

Negative one if possible. Owned here for 7 months and never once have they acknowledged my complaints yet they sure cash my dues promptly. Never receive homeowner association documents, election notices nor any other ownership documents other owners receive. 4 separate inefficient representatives assigned in 6 months. Fences falling down, repairs caused damage to my property and I'm told "too bad" and/or ignored when complaining. Management does not recognize that I'm even the owner of the unit despite title company informing them and paying advance dues. HORRID company. Stay away!

Three property managers in the three months we have been buying and living in this new community for us. Simple requests like cutting dead shrubs from around the pool area to replacing an apparently long-time broken security light go unresolved. The community can be stunning if only money from the very high HOA fee would be used for mulch and if the falling down fences were replaced. On a positive note, before we bought the place, there was a huge assessment for replacing siding and individual privacy fences. That project is on-going and getting closer to completion.

Over promise and under delivery; unprofessional in many things for their services. For example, contact the property manager via an email over 10 days and no body even care to respond back to you. I'll give a negative star score if there is an option. Definitely won't recommend to anyone; don't waste your money and time on this crappy company! They are not capable to manage themselves and how they are able to assist your community.
