Pathway Property Management leads the industry with our state of the art property management system. Tenants can make repair requests, pay rent, renew leases and more from their home computer. Our system provides everything needed for us to manage your properties and the ability for you to view and access our program from anywhere there is Internet access.

My experience with the agent I worked with, Kylie Fink, was about as bad as it could have possibly have been. I would have been much better off doing all the work myself, as that's what I ended up doing most of the time anyway. Once it was far too late to leave them and go with a different company, she told me that she actually had no prior experience selling a house.
This was a nightmare throughout the entire process, do not use this company for anything if you want it done right.

Terribly unfortunate decision to do business with this company.
They violated statutes by withholding a significant portion of my security deposit without any itemized description of charges. They attempted to pass these along as "additional cleaning & painting," which are not recognized as viable damage claims in the state of FL. (And after 5 years of living there, the place looked as good/better than when I moved in)
They dare you to spend your money and valuable time taking them to small claims court. It's a shame there are folks that still do business this way. Karma will come their way.

The absolute worst. Fraudulently held half of my security deposit for additional cleaning, though not detailed as to what needed done. The property was not cleaned upon moved in and quickly painted in as few spots as possible so this company could save money. The owner RQR owns these properties and will put as little money as possible into them. Both washer and dryer died during our stay. The washer was replaced with the very cheapest washer possible and the company actually only wanted to repair the dryer that was clearly over 10 years old already and never worked right. We hired Pathway to manage an annual rental home in Tequesta. We had a contract in place, that specifically allowed NO repairs to be done over $300.00. We had a plumbing issue in first month, and ultimately they took $379.00 out of rental deposits, for the repair. The repair was done by a local plumbing company, who charges $80 per hour for services, and the plumber was on site less than 2 hours. We asked repeatedly for the plumbers actual invoice, and they refused to provide it. We complained to Better Business Bureau, and Pathway refused to provide it to them. Before we were aware of these charges

They will nickle and dime you for every little thing. Worst rental experience my family has gone through by far. At end of lease term they charged us $300 for touch up paint after telling us at the final walkthrough that everything looked good and we had nothing to worry about.
