Attorney Kamala Maddipoti is the Founder and President of Kamala Law Corporation. Attorney Kamala completed her Master of Laws (LLM) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. She focuses on Estate Planning & Immigration laws and helps her clients on both employment as well as family based immigration matters & estate planning needs.
We help our clients with both Employment and Family based immigration options to obtain the permanent residency (green card) in United States. We also help our clients on removal of conditions, green card renewals (I-90). Permanent Residents (green card holders) can apply for naturalization (N-400) to become US Citizens.
Lot of our estate planning clients are immigrants, who came to United States for Education or Jobs. Some are here on Visas, some have permanent residency and some have acquired Citizenship. Some of them have siblings, other family members or relatives and some have only friends in the United States.
Revocable Living Trust is a key component of any estate plan. There are two terms that you often come across when dealing with Trusts: Settlor and Trustee. A Person creating a Revocable Trust is called a Settlor (or Settlors if multiple persons created the Trust like a married couple). The person administering the trust is called Trustee.
It is a key component of a comprehensive Estate Plan. Principal is an adult who executes the Advance Health Care Directive. Agent is an individual designated in an Advance Health Care Directive to make a health care decision for the Principal. Conservator is a court-appointed person having authority to make a health care decision for a patient.

If you are looking for someone to ONLY fill the forms, this is the right place, but definitely not for the piece of mind. I spoke to the lawyer just once during the introductory 10 minute call. Rest of the conversations have been through email (calls were barely picked up) or through someone else on her team. There was no information/process details provided and I had to constantly look up online or on online forums to get answers or wait a few days to hear back on email. Would not be recommending this service to anyone I know.

I had to recently seek advice for my mom, with regards to her Green card processing, and got a recommendation from a local mailing alias about Ms. Kamala from KLC. All I had to do was write her an email, and she immediately offered to talk to me on the phone. When I mentioned that it had to be a conference call since my husband was traveling, she was willing to go the extra mile to allow us the pick a time that would be convenient to us. W/o any hesitation, she gave us answers to all the questions, and advised us of caveats as well. Suffice to say, she did what most other lawyers would have charged
