Jesse was incredible with our home inspection! He was fairly priced, did awesome imaging with his drone, used infrared to make sure there were no gas or water leaks, and was very detailed in his inspection. He left no stone unturned in our newly constructed home and found issues that others might have looked past. This will be our fourth home we’ve bought in three states and by FAR Jesse is the absolute best inspector! He was quick in delivering the report and it was extremely thorough! Need a home inspection? Jesse is the guy you’re looking for. We’re moving to Puyallup from Illinois and was in town for a few more days at this point. Not only did he show up for us on short notice, he was very thorough. He walks you through the whole process and somehow makes it fun. He’s definitely someone you want on your team.

Jesse did a fantastic job on the inspection of our new build. We’re moving from out of state, but Jesse provided enough photos that it felt like we walked through with him. Everything was easy from requesting information via the website chat feature to reading the report. The inspection and report were detailed and done in a timely manner. Communication was awesome as well! Emails were answered very promptly. All in all I would recommend northwest home inspector to anyone!

Jesse was amazing from start to finish. Answered every question we had, and then some, pointed out the good stuff and explained why it was good in addition to the not-so-good stuff and what we would need to do to fix it. The report and the accompanying photos were comprehensive and well explained. He included some FYI home owner maintenance tips on the report, as well, for us to use on our future home which we thought was so nice of him. We did decide to withdraw our offer after everything Jesse discovered, but we will be calling him again once we find another home. Thanks, Jesse!

Just had our new construction home inspected by Jesse Weaver and would highly recommend his services! He is knowledgeable, thorough and very professional with the added bonus of being personable and going the extra mile to explain and answer any questions we had during the inspection. He uses a drone to view the roof, takes detailed photos and uses infrared imaging to see what is happening behind the walls! He gets in the roof and down in the crawlspace and found issues that would save us money in the long run and really helped us in our communication with the builder before closing. Great experience

I had NWHI conduct an 11 month inspection on my new construction home. I was extremely happy with every aspect of my experience from initial contact to scheduling through the actual inspection & then report. The inspection was very detailed and thorough & discovered things I would have never noticed. Most importantly a leak caused by the tub in my master bath. In addition to the inspection, Jessie showed me helpful ways to maximize use of many of my appliances. We made an offer on a house recently. We were under contract, and had 7 days to complete a buyer's inspection. Jesse was able to get us scheduled within that time frame. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. His inspection includes the use of a FLIR thermal imaging camera to help find possible problems inside walls (electrical/plumbing issues). He had absolutely no problem with me following along with him during the inspection, and he thoroughly explained everything that he was looking for and everything that he found. Jesse did a great job. We made two offers on homes in the last two months. Our first inspection for the first home was done by another person, so I can speak to the difference between inspectors. While both inspections were good, what I liked about Jesse's was that he had a special camera, and he took the time to walk around with my husband and explain what he was looking at. His final report is detailed and includes home maintenance items. Honestly, as first time home buyers we may have been clueless about some maintenance items. Jesse with Northwest Home Inspector is a life saver! We hired Jesse because of his experience with remodeling and older homes. Jesse uses the most current tactics and equipment during his inspections, a few of which you must be certified for and he is. We were looking to purchase an early 1900’s home. Jesse gave the home a very thorough inspection, we were there for several hours, making sure not to over look anything.
