Our complete home inspection for buyers will give you great working knowledge of the house on which you've made an offer. All offers are contingent on inspection, which gives you an opportunity to see where the home is in its life cycle and check for any major concerns. Our goal with every inspection is to provide you with a greater understanding of the home and peace of mind in your purchase.
One of the biggest unforeseen cost with any home can be the sewer line. The home owner owns, and is required to maintain their sewer line from the house, to where it connects to the main city line. The line typically travels to the street or back alley, going under the sidewalk or road, and is required to be repaired to the city's standards.
As a part of our standard home inspection, we recommend adding the Structural Pest Inspection (SPI). The function of the SPI is to evaluate the home structure for possible wood destroying organism infestations, damage, and conducive conditions.
In the Pacific Northwest, we have not only Carpenter ants, but Dampwood termites, Subterranean termites, Anobiid Beetles, Lyctid Powderpost Beetles, Bostrichid Beetle, Ambrosia Beetle, Roundheaded Borer, Bark Beetle, and Fungi.We perform a thorough check of all accessible area and provide a report detailing any issues that can be used as part of the transfer, exchange, or refinancing of any structure.

I chose Eric because he was highly recommended by my agent. He did not disappoint. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and a wealth of information. He performed a sewer scope which revealed a deteriorating sewer line. With the video in hand, I negotiated the repair by the seller as part of the terms of sale. Thank you Eric for saving me from a potential disaster! On top of that he included a great homeowners guide with his report.

Jeremy came through to inspect a house I am in the process of buying. Awesome guy, VERY thorough explanation of what he found while inspecting the house, a few good tips on what I'll need to look out for when I buy the place.
I had a bit of a hiccup paying for the inspection which I suspect is either my card company acting up or maybe their website acting up, so I left a voicemail and within minutes, Eric sent me a text that he would release the report to me and my agent and do everything he could on his end to figure out what was going on.

Eric was an absolutely top notch inspector who communicated the operation and explanations of what we were seeing on the scope in a manner that was exceptional. Particularly for a first time home buyer like myself.
