We were able to get an appointment quickly. The service and professionalism were awesome. He was very thorough and gave us a lot of insight to the home we were looking at buying. We received our inspection report within hours and because of the report we decided not to buy the home! Best money ever spent. Saved us a lot of headaches down the road. We will use them for our next inspection for sure!!

Kyle was very professional, super nice, and efficient. He made the whole inspection very stress free while also being super thorough and educational. Richard was there a few minutes early and had already started on the outside inspection. He did an excellent job explaining his findings and was very professional and patient in addressing our questions (as first time home buyers you better believe we had a ton of questions). We received the full report quickly and it was easy to understand. Even when I called the main office and spoke with Kelley she was very helpful and friendly - all around great customer service. Due to circumstances we had the privilege of having Travis inspect two houses for us. He is absolutely outstanding at what he does.He is extremely knowledgeable and when he doesn't have an answer for something he tracks one down asap. He is courteous, professional and very thorough. Allegiance keeps their team up to date on the newest issues with what looks like a great training program and some decent tools to make sure their inspectors can do their best. I would recommend this group to anyone.

Kyle B. was great. He took the time to explain everything and went over his recommendations as we walked through the inspection. He was early for the appointment and spot on with his estimation for the overall inspection timeframe.
