Marvin was a class act! He communicated very well and was highly professional. He was thorough with his recommendations after finding the problem area and even played some basketball with my kids after he finished up. We need more trade workers like Marvin!

Every single person I met or spoke with was a consummate professional. The original inspection and HVAC recommendation was completed by Dillon Blythe. He explained everything well, answered all of my questions, and was not satisfied until he knew I was comfortable. The installation was completed by David Gibson and JD Laney. They arrived on time, were polite and professional, also answered all questions, and completed their work well within the expected timeframe. Back at the office, Salina and Paige made me feel like family, and it was clear that they wanted my relationship with Travis Crawford

I have signed up with Travis Crawford HVAC (TC) for the semiannual maintenance plan. Yesterday was first maintenance visit performed by Kyle Evans of TC. I observed him performing his work and saw him perform a very thorough program checking both systems and making necessary adjustments to equipment. Kyle is very professional, appeared extremely knowledgeable, was very transparent in sharing information and brought with him a full array of up to date equipment to perform maintenance.

Marvin was not only knowledgeable, but willing to accommodate our timing needs in order for us to attend my daughter's Christmas Parade. He was nice and personable. Professional in his evaluation. He explained what our contractor had done improperly in the plumbing work completed. He provided detailed notes on what was needed in order to correct and what the causation of our issue was. He was educational, in sharing with me his assessment with actually walking me through every step along the way of his work. I would recommend him and this company again. Very transparent and honest.

This was our second experience with Travis Crawford and it was excellent both times. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the Plummer who came out to deal with an emergency clogged drain. He gave us great tips to ensure we keep everything running smoothly going forward. We appreciated his honesty and friendliness. We will definitely use this company for our future needs.

Travis Crawford Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job! From the time I called them to the through completion of my AC installation. The technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable, the office staff was very nice and quick to respond and they even send you text updates on when your technician will arrive. (On-time I might add) It is a breathe of fresh air to deal with a company that is knowledgeable, fair priced, and communicates efficiently with their customer. I have used them for years and will continue. Give them a try and see for yourself!!

The technician crews that showed up were very respectful, professional, kept us in the loop and did a great job. They used booties over their shoes and wore masks when entering our home. Overall highly satisfied with the care we received and now we are ready for this summer heat! The technicians repaired/replaced a faulty gas valve for my gas dryer, installed a gas line for a new gas range and new HVAC system. They arrived at 8 am and were completely finished by 1 pm. I called in on Monday and they were able to install the next day!
